Terms and conditions

These terms govern the use of the ArabianHSR show-management platform by show organisers, their staff, appointed judges and horse owners.

Last updated: 29 August 2026

01Who these terms bind

By signing in to the platform, entering a horse, or acting as an appointed judge, you accept these terms on your own behalf and, where you are acting for a show, stud or federation, on its behalf.

The show organiser is the operator of each show run on the platform. Rules of entry, eligibility, fees and prize money are set by that organiser and are not determined by ArabianHSR.

Where these terms conflict with the published rules of a specific show, the show's own rules govern that show, and these terms govern the platform.

02Permitted use

Accounts are issued to a named person and may not be shared. A judge's badge, a steward's login and an owner's account each identify one individual and are used to attribute actions in the record.

You may not attempt to access data belonging to another show, another owner or another judge, nor to circumvent the permissions attached to your role.

Automated access, bulk extraction of the registry and load testing are not permitted without prior written agreement.

03Accounts and security

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for everything done under your account until you tell us it has been compromised.

Changing your password signs out every other device, deliberately. If you believe someone else has your password, change it.

A judge's badge is a credential. Report a lost badge to the show office; it can be revoked without affecting the marks already recorded under it.

04Entries and fees

Entering a horse creates a liability for the entry fees published by the show, and any fee the show describes as non-refundable remains payable whether or not the horse is presented.

The show organiser decides eligibility, including whether an entry is accepted, whether a qualification is recognised and whether an entry is late.

Invoices are issued against the fee schedule in force at the time of entry. Reprinting an invoice restates the figures stored when it was issued and never recalculates them.

05Judging and results

Scores are entered by appointed judges and placings are computed from them by the rules of the class. Neither ArabianHSR nor a show's administrative staff can alter a placing except by the correction and re-freeze process, which is recorded.

A result becomes official when the show organiser publishes it. Anything visible before publication — ringside boards, live standings — is provisional and may change.

Disputes about a placing are a matter for the show's own protest procedure and are addressed to the show organiser, not to ArabianHSR.

06Availability and liability

The platform is designed to keep a ring running through loss of network, including offline judging on tablets. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability of any component that depends on connectivity, third-party services or the venue's own infrastructure.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from use of the platform is limited to the fees paid for the show in question, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss including loss of profit or reputation.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

07Changes and governing law

We may amend these terms. Material changes will be notified to show organisers before they take effect, and the date at the head of this page is updated whenever the text changes.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Questions about these terms should be sent through the contact page.
